Fantastic idea. Hoping I never have to use it but it is an extra piece of security for both my dogs. Unfortunately one of the tags came off on the first walk. However, Paige at Tailfinda, replaced the tag without hesitation. Highly recommend.

This little tag is genius, I had to email the company to get help to set it up as I couldn’t figure out PayPal but I received an email and problem solved in less that 10 minutes – the tag is very lightweight- I have added a picture of it next to a normal tag to show the size – it’s definitely worth paying the £5 a month and having the auto email option if anyone scans the tag – I’ve tested it and it was spot on with the location .. very pleased with this – worth every penny for peace of mind and thank you for the superb customer service.

Awesome Product

Having tried so many tags in the past, this one definitely comes up trumps. Lightweight, secure, easy to use to trace our contact information, well priced and as you can see from the pic, our fella is totally rocking it. Great service as had a slight issue setting up (which was totally my fault) but had a response within an hour. Really impressed.

My name is Gustav and I get very sad when I lose my mummy and daddy. This brilliant tag is so lightweight I don’t know it’s on my collar, and it doesn’t even need batteries. If I ever get lost someone with a smart phone just taps the tag and they can call mummy or daddy right away and tell them where I am. It works a treat and the support is brilliant, highly recommended.

So glad I bought this for my boy, it is very impressive. So easy to set up and use. UK customer service, that makes a change! I went for the mid membership as I liked the functionality but there is a good FREE version. I love all the instant contact options and being able to have a location pin sent to me as well as free loss replacement, had lost 2 engraved tags previously, hence buying this. Why would you have an old-fashioned engraved tag, I can’t recommend these Tailfinda tags enough

Goodness forbid that my Staffordshire bull terrier were ever to go missing. So when l saw this l thought it would be a good idea to try this out, before (if any) incident were to take place. I set it up quite easily, and was fortunate to get the full subscription. It’s great if you are on holiday with your dog as you can put in your holiday dates and turn it on so people know she is not from that area.I am hoping l will never need to use it, but its piece of mind if l do. Got the pink one as she is my little girl, and have tried it with my husbands phone when we were out, and it worked well, its lightweight and fits with her other tag and very good value too. The customer service is brilliant, really prompt and helpful if you have any problems, great service.
